How to raise and score a risk.

Creating a risk
- Open a project → Risks.
- Select Add Risk.
- Enter a title and description.
- Set the initial likelihood and impact (the weighting is calculated for you).
- Set the risk response (Accept, Avoid, Reduce, Transfer, etc.).
- Add a mitigation and an owner.
The risk's RAG and weighting help prioritise where to focus attention.
