Permissions in ClearVerso

How permissions work

ClearVerso uses a layered permission model:

• Organisation role — what a user can do at the organisation level (admin vs user).
• Project membership — whether a user can see a specific project. Only members can see a project.
• Project role — a person's role within a single project (Project Manager, Team Member, Reviewer, etc.).

A user must be a member of a project to see it, even if they are an Organisation Administrator.

Organisation Administrators can see all projects in their organisation. Standard users only see projects they have been added to.
